Seaford welcomes another Plastic Free Champion to its growing number, and a first Car Showroom for the national Surfers Against Sewage campaign! Brooklyn Hyundai have been supportive of the campaign ever since hearing Claire Sumners, the campaign Lead and Volunteer Regional Rep for Surfers Against Sewage, speak at Seaford Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting last August.
The inspirational Plastic Free Community network was created by Surfers Against Sewage to free where we live from single-use and now Plastic Free Seaford are using it to tackle avoidable single-use plastic. It’s not about removing all plastic from our lives. It’s about kicking our addiction to avoidable single-use plastic, and changing the system that produces it.
