We started with £300 in the bank and built the business up to such an extent that we had to find bigger premises. When the time arrived to replace my i10 which I had from new 14 years ago, Brooklyn Hyundai delivered with a 5-star customer service you will be hard pushed to find anywhere else. Richard Evans was excellent in every area from when we turned up to test drive a three year old i20 through to the sale. The spec, as detailed on the website, was perfect, and being Passion Red, even better! I fell in love before I had even driven it. We were allowed to have an unaccompanied test drive so took in a round trip to Eastbourne and before we were back I knew this was the car for me. It was the first and only car I test drove in my search.
Richard answered all my questions without hesitation, explained the sale process very clearly and was extremely understanding about the emotional reason behind my desire to purchase this particular car. The latte and tissues arrived at just the right moment!
This was the best shopping experience I have had in many years. I felt as though I had known Richard all my life, he was professional in every detail: trustworthy, friendly, patient, respectful and honest. The rapport we built up in the time we spent discussing every aspect of the car and after sales services secured the sale. His reassurance that I could contact him at any time with any questions turned out to be true. That mattered.
When collecting my i20 there was a warm greeting from Richard, a welcome message on the windscreen and a bouquet of flowers where it was hard for me to hold the emotions in for numerous reasons.

My first contact with Brooklyn Hyundai happened earlier this year when my daughter was looking to buy her first car. Their web site made it easy to find a suitable car - the i10 - in great condition and with low mileage on the clock.

So when we decided that it was time to replace our aging Audi A3 it made sense to go back to Brooklyn. I’d been impressed by the level of equipment which is often charged as an extra on other makes.

I enquired online about the part exchange value of our A3 and was promptly contacted by Richard Evans to arrange a valuation. Richard struck me as being professional but relaxed and keen to understand our requirements.

A feature of Brooklyn’s service is to allow unaccompanied test drives. This allowed me to compare a couple of models which I thought might meet our needs. Richard was extremely patient as I weighed up the pros and cons offering helpful suggestions not the hard sell!

After returning for a second test drive we selected a two year old i20 with only 1095 miles on the clock. The purchase then proceeded smoothly and the car collected this morning. Richard was superb throughout and I’m very happy to write this positive review of him and of the experience of using Brooklyn Hyundai. Thanks Richard!

Took my Kona in for its first service yesterday. Very efficient and speedy service with a smile! Nice comfortable waiting area with free coffee (no biscuits though, haha!) and a big video screen charting the progress of the service. Excellent staff, particularly Millie who did the check in and kept me up to date with progress. When they've finished the service, you receive a little personalised video on email with the service engineer telling you what they've done. This is a very nice touch I haven't experienced elsewhere. Lovely to be able to buy locally with the added bonus of friendly service. Was able to take the car for a test drive alone, which was very useful and stress-free.
